Position 1: Sales and Marketing Team Lead As the Sales and Marketing Team Lead at Omid International (OI), you will oversee and manage our sales and marketing department. Your primary duties will include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals

• Leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support

• Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns

• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management

Position 2: Media and Documentary Team Lead As the Media and Documentary Team Lead at Omid International (OI), you will lead our creative team in producing engaging media content and documentaries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organising, and coordinating the production of media content and documentaries

• Managing a team of creative professionals, providing direction and feedback

• Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop compelling storylines and concepts

• Overseeing the editing and post-production process

Position 3: Translation and Voice Acting Team Lead As the Translation and Voice Acting Team Lead at Omid International (OI), you will manage our translation and voice acting department. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of translators and voice actors, ensuring high-quality work

• Managing translation projects, coordinating deadlines and resources

• Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements

• Overseeing voice acting projects, including casting and directing talent

• Conducting quality control checks to maintain accuracy and consistency

Requirements for all positions: To be considered for any of the Team Lead positions at Omid International (OI), applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Proficiency in English and one of the local languages of Afghanistan.

2. Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a relevant area.

3. Possession of a valid Turkey visa.

4. Strong report writing abilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $750 per month.
